Originally from Vietnam, the restaurant owners had been forunate enough to travel to – and live in – several different countries throughout their life. Yet being exposed to bountiful cusines and flavours from around the world only made one thing clear: Vietnamese food was still closest to their heart.
After finally settling in the UK, they set out to share their love for Vietnamese food with others – and hopefully ignite the passion in you as well.
